Alex felt a hand hit his back and then saw Chris sit next to him. Though the music was loud, he could tell what he was saying by reading his lips. “So man, any possibles tonight?” Chris gave that same grin he always did before he did something mischievous. And that's how it was almost every night. Alex shook his head and replied “Not yet.” Though it was still early, only 11 pm. They had the whole night to find a couple women. Taking another sip of his scotch he thought back to how long they had been doing this. With his mouth closed, he let the tip of his tongue flick his fangs. Not much changed over the course of his life since his rebirth. Well, not much changed with humans anyway. It was always the same. And now, he was using it to his advantage. Now a days everyone wanted to remain anonymous. No names, no numbers. And for what Chris and himself were, that worked out perfectly. It was 45 minutes later when Alex tapped an impatient Chris on the shoulder. Pointing to the door, he picked out 2 women who had just entered. “Oh I can just tell this is going to be fun.” Chris laughed as he set down his drink and got up. Alex however pulled him back into his chair. “You're too impatient. It's going to get you ashed one of these days.” Rolling his eyes, Chris openly leered at the Blonde one like a piece of meat.
“Are you sure we should be here?” Clara asked for the 30th time since having gotten inside. “I mean we have that final tomorrow. And I'm not sure we studied everything that will be on it.” Sarah sighed and gave her room mate the “If you keep talking I swear I'll ditch you” look. It made Clara shut her mouth...for a moment or 2. “Listen Clara, we've been studying for 3 days straight. We need to let loose and just party for a night! You know what they say, Eat Drink and be Merry!” Clara sighed “You know how the end of that goes?” Sarah merely shrugged, not really caring. Though in Clara's head she thought *For tomorrow we die...or in our case fail* Both of them were only able to attend college because of scholarships. Clara had always wondered how Sarah could party like this and still keep a 5.0 GPA. *Brains and Looks...Sarah has it all* Clara had developed a kind of inferiority complex since after the first week the blonde bombshell had moved in. Sure they were friends, but it seemed like every time a guy was looking at her, all Sarah had to do was be around and the guy would act like Clara no longer existed. Standing easily at 5'7 with a slender body, her curves were near impossible to have with a waist that small. Clara wasn't too bad looking herself, she knew she had pouty lips and her large chest helped her defense. But she had always been self conscious of her body. Having a chest as big as hers made it look like her body type was bigger then it actually was. Looking back over at he room mate, she wasn't surprised to see that she was already on the dance floor..surrounded by guys. Of course dressed the way she was, Clara wasn't surprised Sarah was pounced on the moment she came in. Deciding to try and at least have fun tonight Clara went to the only place she felt comfortable in a place like this...the back wall.
Alex watched as the dark haired girl walked through the crowd into the back. A smile beginning to form on his lips. His eyes glanced over to where Chris was talking and dancing with the Blonde one. “Alright then, time to eat.” Chuckling to himself, he stood and began making his way through the crowd.
